Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 11, 2026

About this policy

Premier Credit Solutions, LLC (“PCS,” “we,” or “us”) operates premiercreditsolutions.com. This policy describes information handled through our website, appointment scheduling, and email communications.

Information we collect

We also receive borrower information and credit reports submitted by referring loan officers for evaluation. These reports may contain identifying information, credit accounts, balances, payment history, and other financial details. We use this information to evaluate the referred credit situation and respond to the referring professional within the scope of the authorized request.

Our loan officer submission form uses Formidable Forms and is configured to save submissions in WordPress and send an email notification. Uploaded documents are processed through the website. This process is separate from our general contact and appointment forms. Referring professionals should submit information only when authorized to do so.

When you contact us or schedule a call, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, appointment details, and the contents of your message. We also maintain communications needed to respond to inquiries and provide existing clients with service updates.

Our website and its service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, and interactions with the site.

Please do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, payment card details, or credit report information into general website inquiry fields or appointment notes.

How we use information

We use information to respond to questions, arrange calls, communicate with clients about their service status, send occasional educational emails, operate the website, understand website usage, and address security or technical issues.

Email communications

We use GoHighLevel to manage contacts and email communications. We may send occasional educational emails and send current clients updates about their service. You can request that educational emails stop by using an unsubscribe link when provided or contacting us. Service-related messages may continue while we provide services to you. We do not send text-message campaigns or client status updates by text.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell or distribute leads to other businesses. We do not sell or rent your personal information, or share your contact information with other businesses for their own marketing, promotional outreach, or lead resale. To operate our website and communications, information is processed by service providers, including GoHighLevel for contact management and email, Acuity Scheduling for appointments, Google Analytics for website analytics, and website hosting and technical providers. This operational processing is separate from selling or distributing leads.

We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud or security concerns.

Cookies, analytics, and embedded services

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions, including booking-button clicks, phone-link clicks, and completed appointments through our Acuity Scheduling integration. Scheduling analytics may include appointment type, transaction identifier, and booking value or currency. A completed appointment may be recorded as a purchase event even when the call is free. Google and other embedded service providers may use cookies or similar technologies and receive technical information when their services load. Acuity Scheduling processes information entered into the embedded scheduler. Clients may also upload credit reports through Acuity when booking through our website. PCS receives and uses these reports for the requested credit review; reports may contain identifying information, accounts, balances, and payment history. These document uploads are distinct from general appointment notes and inquiry fields.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website or scheduling features. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Service providers process information to deliver features used by PCS. Separately, our website may link to independent websites that you choose to visit. Those independent websites control their own information practices. Review the applicable provider’s privacy policy before submitting information.

Data retention

PCS retains contact records, submitted credit reports and other documents, form submissions, appointment information, and communications as needed for the requested evaluation or service, related follow-up, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention needs vary with the record and purpose. A deletion request may be subject to these needs and applicable legal requirements; contact us to discuss the records involved.

Your privacy requests and choices

To request access to or a copy of personal information PCS holds about you, including reports and documents you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or stop educational emails, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained to provide ongoing services, comply with legal obligations, or address disputes. Any additional privacy rights depend on the law applicable to your circumstances.

Security

Access to files uploaded through our loan-officer submission form is restricted to the Administrator role, and the form is configured to prevent search engines from indexing uploads. These controls apply to that website form; Acuity processes documents uploaded through its own scheduling service. No website, email service, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Use the designated report-upload features rather than general email, appointment notes, or website inquiry fields to provide sensitive documents.

Children’s privacy

Our website and scheduling services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these services. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and arrange appropriate removal.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will revise the effective date when this policy is updated. Contact PCS with privacy questions:
